High Performance Tooling

New standards for tool-making have been set using BOBST’s deep knowledge of how to maximize the productivity of flatbed die-cutters, and our partner CITO with their long experience from manufacturing of components dedicated to die-making and die-cutting. High Performance Tooling is built by Certified Die-makers who have all been equipped and trained to deliver high quality tools to converters.

High Performance Tooling is available for all die-cutting processes, cutting – stripping – blanking, and can in some cases double the performance of the machine, as well as quality improvements of the finished blanks and boxes. It results in more boxes produced per time unit and less waste, all leading to cost and time savings.
