Access to any of the websites (“the Sites”) of Bobst Group and/or any of the BOBST brand related sites (“BOBST”) is subject to the following legal terms and conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”).

BOBST expressly reserves the right to decline any request made on basis of the content of the Sites for a tender by BOBST. Orders for BOBST products can and may not be placed over the Sites, except for www.mybobst.com

The Internet is generally not a secure environment. You acknowledge that the Internet is an open network and can be accessed by anybody. Furthermore, data exchanged between you and BOBST over the Internet may be transferred across borders.

Under no circumstances shall BOBST have any liability for any incidental, indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, anticipated savings, loss of data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, claims of third parties, delay damage or punitive damages.

7. Reservation of Intellectual Property Rights

The protection of the Sites and of their content by copyright or other laws remains reserved. The trademarks, logos, service marks and business names displayed on the Sites are protected and registered.
Any unauthorized use of content or information posted on the Sites and any unauthorized reproduction, retransmission or other use of any part of the Sites may infringe BOBST's or third parties’ copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights.

9. Data Protection Policy

 

BOBST treats personal data and information (“Data”) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
When you visit the Sites, BOBST automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser, including your IP address and your use of the Sites.
BOBST may set and access cookies on your computer (see related explanations here below about cookies).

When you use the Sites and when you send Data to BOBST through the use of online forms, BOBST uses an encrypted and secure data transmission protocol.
BOBST collects this Data and transfers it automatically by email to the right contact person who will use the Data sent confidentially in order to contact you and respond to your request. The Data sent through online forms will be saved on our servers for one year, in order to make sure, if needed, that requests have been treated appropriately. Only Sites administrators have access to this Data. They are automatically deleted or anonymized after a year.

For subscriptions to BOBST newsletters, consultation, modification and deletion are possible at any time and can be accessed from the footer of any newsletter received or from the “Follow us” box available on all pages of the Sites. The identification process is done by sending an email to the person’s personal email address and by the explicit confirmation of the person (double opt-in).
BOBST does not rent, sell, or share Data with third parties. BOBST limits access to Data to employees and service providers who reasonably need to have access to Data. BOBST maintains physical, electronical, and procedural safeguards in order to keep Data secure and requires similar safeguards from its service providers.

12. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Subject to compulsory legal provisions, any use of the Sites and all legal disputes arising out of or in connection therewith are exclusively governed by Swiss law and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent where the Bobst group’s web site is located, in Switzerland.
